Due to business expansion, VICELLO is looking for a full-time labourer / CNC Machinist to operate our busy CNC Machine based in our South West Sydney factory. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in operating a CNC router preferably within the joinery / cabinet making industry and would possess effective organisational skills to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining and operating CNC and Edge Banders Machinery
* Manual handling of materials and equipment.
* Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials
* Quality control of items that are being run on the machinery
* Demonstrating high attention to detail, safe working practices and compliance with safety operating procedures.
Necessary Requirements
* Current white card required
* Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings for production
* Forklift license considered highly advantageous
* Previous experience in a similar role highly advantageous
* Previous experience in joinery highly advantageous
* Ability to take direction from factory foreman and directors
* Australian citizenship and full Australian working rights required
