Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead from the front and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our outlets and event spaces.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop your team, and ensure seamless service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events. You'll bring energy, strong leadership, and attention to detail, fostering a positive team culture while upholding the high standards of a 5-star environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations across restaurants, bars, and event spaces
* Inspire, train, and support team members to deliver exceptional service
* Assist with rostering, recruitment, and payroll processes
* Collaborate closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
* Handle guest feedback professionally and uphold brand standards
* Support stock control and inventory management
Qualifications
* Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience, ideally within a hotel or resort environment
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Experience with Infrasys (Shiji) POS systems (advantageous)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A hands-on, service-driven approach with excellent attention to detail
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
