The company has grown to become a highly respected fashion label, with over 80 staff, 10 flagship stores and wholesale to over 100 retailers nationally. We're seeking a commercially minded Ecommerce & Digital Manager, based at our head office in Fremantle, who is passionate about online retail and will drive growth and shape our Ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities Website Management
* Oversee Shopify platform performance and site stability.
* Partner with external dev teams on development and deployment of new digital functionality and features, implementing system enhancements and automation to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
* Identify CRO opportunities, optimise checkout, and improve merchandising.
* Own product enrichment for weekly product launches, including product descriptions, care instructions and metadata; manage online visual merchandising in line with EDMs and delivery timelines.
Ecommerce & Digital Performance
* Work closely with an external digital agency and oversee paid media budgets, including revenue, margin, investment, and ROI.
* Drive initiatives to increase traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase.
* Manage email and SMS distribution, including flows, segmentation and performance reporting.
* Manage the end‐to‐end online customer journey.
* Lead customer service and fulfilment across warehouse and retail networks, ensuring fast, accurate dispatch and alignment with retail store teams.
Leadership & Team Management
* Lead and develop the ecommerce, customer service, and fulfilment teams.
* Set KPIs and manage budgets.
* Provide regular updates and reports to the Owner and Senior Management.
About You
* Ideally at least 5 years experience in ecommerce, digital, or online retail management.
* Strong hands‐on experience with Shopify essential and ideally knowledge of Retail Express.
* Experience with CRM platforms, ideally Klaviyo.
* Proven experience overseeing online/ecommerce operations, fulfilment, and teams.
* Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands preferred.
* Data‐driven and commercially astute, balancing growth, cost, and customer experience.
