* The role of an At Your Service Agent/Runner involves interacting with guests in a warm and welcoming manner. This includes helping with queries, problem-solving, and ensuring operations continue to run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
">
1. Answer, record, and process all guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices.
2. Operate the telephone switchboard, process guest requests for wake-up calls, and connect and direct calls to the appropriate extension.
3. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
4. Log all guest requests or issues into the computer, contact the appropriate individual or department, and follow up with the guest to ensure their request has been resolved to their satisfaction.
5. Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
6. Process room service orders, answer questions on menu selection, and record transactions in the point-of-sale system.
7. Assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment.
8. Test beepers and radios to ensure communications equipment works properly.
9. Place requested items such as rollaway beds and refrigerators in guest rooms.
10. Deliver extra towels, bathrobes, and other items to guest rooms.
11. Provide complimentary toiletries to guests, such as toothpaste, razors, and shampoo.
12. Deliver items such as messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, sundry items, gift items to guest rooms.
13. May deliver food, beverage, or other amenities and assemble orders to go.
14. Deliver rollaway, cribs, linens, toiletries, and other items requested by guests to guest rooms.
