This business partners on some of the state's most high profile commercial and construction projects, and the role sits at the centre of a small, close‐knit team.
Job Description
This is a dynamic position that supports multiple internal functions including sales, projects, operations, and logistics. It's ideal for someone from a project support, coordination, or sales support background who enjoys being the organisational anchor of a busy team. There is no finance processing involved, with all accounts handled nationally.
Key responsibilities include:
* coordinating meetings and schedules
* managing internal systems and supplier or courier communication
* supporting project and sales teams with documentation and workflow tasks,
* receiving and dispatching small high‐value items from the warehouse
* Helping maintain a positive and structured office environment.
