Job Summary:
We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create a unique shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
This part-time position offers 40 hours per fortnight with a rotating roster including alternate weekends.
Main Responsibilities:
* Elevate the store's visual presentation and maintain standards for cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house operations.
* Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing product knowledge and enhancing their homes.
* Support opening/closing procedures, register operations, and back-office tasks.
* Utilize effective selling techniques and product knowledge to drive sales and meet performance targets.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment within a dynamic team.
