What You'll Do Your work will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities that may include: Personal Care – Assisting with showering, dressing, and toileting with dignity and respect.
Medication Support – Helping clients stay on track with their health needs.
Mobility Assistance – Using hoists and slide sheets to keep clients safe and comfortable.
Household Help – Meal prep, laundry, and light cleaning.
Community Support – Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social activities.
Who We're Looking For We're seeking reliable, flexible team members who are ready to step in and provide quality support when needed.
You'll thrive in this role if you are: Comfortable with driving between Ballina and Bangalow.
Adaptable – Comfortable working across different locations, clients, and routines.
Quick to Adjust – Able to understand what's needed and provide support confidently.
Caring Respectful – Focused on dignity, empowerment, and compassionate care.
Calm Under Pressure – Professional and steady in diverse situations.
A Team Player – Collaborative, positive, and supportive of both clients and colleagues.
Experience is highly regarded - training provided before first shift.
