**Who are we looking for?**:
We are looking for friendly & passionate individuals to support older people to remain in their own homes, empowering them to live as independently as possible.
You will make a genuine difference in the lives of our customers by drawing on your compassion and commitment as you tailor your support to meet individual customer's needs.
**What can you expect to be doing?**:
- Drive to and from customer visits in your own car (_kilometre allowance provided_)
- Provide a range of support services such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry and much more
- We have customers all across Adelaide, so we can ensure you won't have to drive far
- Build friendly relationships with a broad range of customers and their families
- Read and follow Care Plans and task instructions
- Maintain excellent communication with Coordinators regarding customer's health and wellbeing
**What do you need to bring?**:
- A current Australian driver's licence (P1 licence or above)
- Your own insured vehicle (3rd party accepted)
- Covid-19 vaccination, including a booster, is required for the position
