About the Role
* Grant Funded Part Time role up to 31/1/2030 (25hrs per week)
The Reconnect program is funded by the Australian Government to address the needs of learners who face significant barriers to education. Many Victorians experience complex social, personal, and economic challenges that make it difficult to access or complete training pathways. Reconnect works to break this cycle of disadvantage by providing wrap-around, person-centred support. This program is for Youth (17 to 24yrs) who have been/currently on Youth Justice Orders, individuals (20 to 64 yrs) not currently working or studying and individuals (17 to 64yrs) who have a current or previous experience with child protection services.
This role supports Cire, as a funded provider, to deliver the Victorian Government’s Reconnect Program, providing personalised case management support to help disengaged and disadvantaged learners to re enter education, training, or employment by providing targeted outreach, personalised plans, and coordinated wrap around supports. Working closely with community partners and training providers, the role helps participants overcome barriers, build confidence and skills, and transition into sustainable learning and career pathways.

Qualifications in community services, youth work, social work, education, employment services or related fields are highly regarded.
