The Assistant Visual Merchandise Manager is responsible for implementing the co-ordination of stylish merchandise and promotional displays to maximise sales, while maintaining the DFS standards.
The Assistant Visual Merchandise Manager is responsible for working together, directing and coaching the Visual Merchandise team to dress store windows, promotional strike points and other in-store displays.
Be familiar with company objectives and know your contributions and ensure achievement of these. Works closely and takes direction from the Assistant General Manager - T Galleria Sydney to support and achieve store business objectives.
**Key Requirements**:
- Qualification or experience in visual merchandising; Minimum 5 years Visual Merchandising experience in a managerial role
- Basic Carpentry / building knowledge and experience working with a range of products and materials.
- Merchandising skills and Signage layout or graphic design skills essential.
- Time / project management skills.
- Proven team leadership skills.

- Initiative, focus and efficiency
- Eye for detail with Strong creative flair.
- Physical fitness for carrying out VM duties
- Able to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays as required by the needs of the business
