Support Care Professional
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality in-home support services to our valued customers.
This role enables our customers to live independently in their own homes, with the assistance of a Support Care Professional.
About Our Organisation
Our organisation is a leading provider of in-home aged care and disability support services across Australia. We have been supporting older people and those living with disability to live independently for over 15 years.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
* Offer social support, including transportation for social activities, shopping, and medical appointments
* Assist with domestic duties, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Help customers use aids and equipment, and provide support for those with complex needs
* Monitor customer well-being and report on progress
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to build rapport and maintain good working relationships
* Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps for roster management and customer notes/feedback
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance/Criminal Record Check
* Proof of vaccination (where relevant)
* Current First Aid certificate/CPR
* Current Australian Driver's License
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
* Smartphone with internet access
* Working with Children Check (preferred)
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred)
