Hotel and Restaurant Leadership Opportunity
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled hotel and restaurant leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets, including Core Restaurant Bar, The Deck, and In Room Dining.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of multiple outlets, ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.
* Plan and assign work, creating effective rosters that balance service delivery and business requirements.
* Lead by example and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring attentive, efficient, and seamless service across all outlets.
* Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and achieving survey targets.
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews.
* Collaborate with other teams to execute hotel-wide food and beverage activations, supporting the delivery of special events and promotions.
Requirements
* Diploma-level training in food and beverage management or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of related experience, including management experience.
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
* A head for business and an eye for detail.
* Ability to delegate and lead a team.
* Flexibility and availability to manage busy periods.
