Fused Air Conditioning & Electrical is entering an exciting growth phase — and we're looking for a driven, organised, people-focused Operations Manager to help lead us into the future.
This is not a "keep the lights on" role.
This is a build, scale, and lead role.
We've built strong foundations through quality workmanship, systems, and culture. Now we're gearing up for the next chapter — including expansion into new divisions, locations, and markets — and we want an Operations Manager who wants to be part of that journey.
The Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you'll be the engine room of the business.
You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations while working closely with the director on strategy and growth. Your role is to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the business as we continue to scale.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing daily operations across air conditioning & electrical divisions
* Overseeing scheduling, job flow, and resource allocation
* Supporting and leading office staff, supervisors, and technicians
* Improving systems, processes, and operational efficiency
* Acting as a key decision-maker and sounding board for the director
* Ensuring jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
* Helping prepare the business for the next stage of growth

Who This Is For
* Experienced Operations Manager in trade or construction

Licences & Requirements
* Forklift licence – great to have but not required
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
