We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management, and operational efficiency.

About the Role
This is a permanent position that involves assisting the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing internal sales documents, tracking key activities, onboarding new suppliers, and scheduling meetings.
You will have the opportunity to travel and be on-site support for our operational team during our event series, which take place across the world. A passion for luxury travel industry is a must.

Main Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing internal sales documents, tracking key activities, onboarding new suppliers, and scheduling meetings.
* Maintain and organize sales records for quick access to critical information.
* Support the team in processing contracts and invoices, working closely with the finance department to ensure timely payments.
* Assist in organizing sales-related events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.

Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Some experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles, ideally within luxury travel, events, or a related industry would be a plus.
* Basic understanding of the sales cycle, CRM systems, and account management best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging with clients and internal teams.
* Strong relationship-building skills to support both sales team members and client accounts.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and improving internal processes.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, including sales, marketing, buyer recruitment and operations.
* A self-starter attitude with a keen eye for identifying new opportunities and ways to enhance efficiency.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
