* Reporting to the Managing Partner with the support of 2 staff, advising and litigating on some of the largest property (commercial/industrial/residential) construction, renewable energy (solar, gas) and other major infrastructure (IT/road/rail) projects.

Qualifications
* Australian qualified lawyer with 5-20+ years experience with leading law firms or in-house, in either 1) construction/infrastructure/major projects litigation (and preferably also some advisory/transactional experience) or 2) general litigation/dispute resolution (but not specifically in construction law).
* Genuine interest in a predominantly litigation focused role in the construction/infrastructure/major projects niche.
* Strong technical legal/analytical/problem-solving, negotiation and advocacy skills.
* Thrives in a transparent, highly team-focused, interactive and collaborative culture where performance is recognised and rewarded.
* Experience in business development and ideally a client following (but not essential).
