Job Description:
Become a key player in our team and drive growth across our customer base. Utilize your expertise to develop relationships, grow pipeline, and execute business development strategies.
* Support the General Manager in developing and implementing the DI Australia growth strategy.
* Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Engage potential customers through white papers, informal propositions, proofs of concept, and other initiatives.
* Lead and manage the Business Development / Sales team.
* Develop and lead pipeline generation aligned with the business strategy.
* Manage all opportunities within Salesforce in line with sales governance processes.
* Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team to establish market awareness and generate publicity.
* Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis to inform both strategy and tactical opportunities.
* Formulate and execute business development strategies and direct major proposal activities as appropriate.
* Establish and lead Integrated Capture teams (ICT) as required to pursue and capture major opportunities.
Requirements:
