The Role
You'll work full-time in our Dubbo office while completing either a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Business.
Your day-to-day will include:
Customer service (phone, email, problem-solving)
Learning office systems (Industry Software, Shopify, MS Office)
Supporting deliveries and scheduling
Helping customers, drivers, and managers
Building genuine, job-ready business admin skills
This is a trainable role - we don't expect experience.
We expect attitude: reliable, positive, switched-on.

Eligibility
To start a Traineeship in NSW, you must be:
An Australian citizen or permanent resident
Not already holding a qualification higher than Certificate IV
Able to commit to full-time employment while studying
