We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Residential Support Assistant. This dynamic role requires exceptional communication and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
The successful candidate will provide top-notch reception service, support visitors and staff, and play a key part in keeping the site running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
 * Front-of-House Excellence - Be the welcoming face of the site, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting residents, families, staff, and visitors.
 * Administrative All-Rounder - Provide vital support to Site Operations Managers, manage key systems, and ensure all admin tasks follow best practices and policies.
 * Finance & Resident - Handle billing, claims, and reconciliations with care and accuracy, while helping residents access their funds and navigate financial systems.
 * People & Culture - Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff support, from timesheets to performance reviews, while creating a positive workplace experience.
 * Property & Facilities - Coordinate maintenance requests, support building works, including purchasing, resident moves, communication, and ensure residents and staff enjoy a safe, well-managed environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
 * A strong background in customer service and administration, with a passion for creating positive experiences.
 * Confident working independently, with great time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
 * Comfortable navigating computer-based systems and quick to learn.
