As the State General Manager (SGM) Mortgage Broker Distribution VIC/TAS, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering settlements, enhancing broker experience, and achieving NPS targets by driving market activation, strategic sales leadership, and nurturing a high-performing, inclusive team. As a leader of leaders, you'll guide strategic growth and champion outstanding broker and customer experiences. Based in Melbourne, this is a permanent, full-time role where your leadership will shape outcomes, culture, and success across the state.
