About the role
This is a full-time opportunity for a Motor Mechanic to join the team at MASON'S TYRES AND MECHANICS in West Gosford, NSW. As a Motor Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customers' cars are safe and in excellent working condition.

What you'll be doing
* Conducting comprehensive diagnostics and repair work on vehicles
* Servicing and maintaining cars and other motor vehicles
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues
* Performing regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in a timely manner
* Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
* Providing exceptional customer service and advising clients on recommended repairs or maintenance when required
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related field (3rd & 4th yr apprentices considered)
* Experience as a Motor Mechanic, with a strong understanding of a wide range of vehicle makes and models
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers
* A valid driver's licence and your own tools
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a passion for the automotive industry
* Holding Authorized Safety Check Inspection Examiner accreditation would be highly regarded.
