What You'll Do!
* Begin your civil engineering career making a real impact on the places where people live, work, and play
* Work on real projects with responsibility, designing civil infrastructure across subdivisions, community civil projects, sporting venues, and road projects
* Gain hands‐on experience with road, earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water, and flooding design – learning everything from concept through to construction
* Be mentored by Senior Engineers, participate in site investigations, learn industry‐standard software like 12D, DRAINS, and MUSIC, and contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact Australia
Ideal Candidates
* Completing or recently completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
* Previous experience as an Undergraduate Civil Engineer
* Interest in stormwater and road design
* Passionate, curious, proactive, and ready to grow
* Strong communicators who enjoy collaborating
* Problem‐solvers who think creatively and practically
* Able to work both independently and within a team
* Passionate about starting a long‐term consulting engineering career
