Applicant must possess the following attributes:
1. Performing trouble shooting, planned preventative electrical maintenance and corrective electrical maintenance on all plant and equipment across a highly automated site.
2. Carrying out fault finding/programming on PLCs, and control systems.
3. Reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve unplanned downtime.
4. Preventative and corrective maintenance.
5. Fault finding activities and root cause analysis.
6. Attendance to breakdowns.
7. To be available for rotating shift work including weekends.
8. Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Skills required
9. Electrical license.
10. Allen Bradley, PLC.
11. Prior experience in a FMCG Fast Moving Consumer Goods (food and beverage) is highly regarded.
12. Industrial experience in installations, fault finding, repairs and maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
13. Have a positive attitude with a continues improvement mindset
14. Mechanical engineering knowledge preferred.
15. Ability to assist mechanical fitters during Preventative Maintenance works.
