Your Role
The successful candidate will assist on a number of real estate transactions which may vary from acquisitions and disposals to developments for our well‐established clients, you can also except to manage your own smaller transactions that form as part of a larger multi‐matter case.
You'll having regular contact with clients and intermediaries and will be expected to provide commercial solutions alongside your legal advice. You'll be able to demonstrate commitment to team objectives, ensuring these are achieved through a collaborative approach to team meetings and compliance with decisions which will impact the team.
Furthermore, you will draw upon your knowledge to participate in relevant business development initiatives and events to promote and develop both Real Estate and the Group.
About You
We're looking for a Solicitor who is a self‐starter and has the ability to understand clients' needs and provide sound legal advice. Our ideal candidate will have the following:
* Qualified lawyer with 2‐7 years PQE.
* Demonstrable experience working as part of a team and using initiative to provide quality outcomes for clients;
* The ability to assist on multi‐matter transactions whilst maintaining attention to detail and a seamless service for clients;
* Demonstratable technical experience gained within Commercial Real Estate, real‐estate finance, real‐estate investments and developments.
