We're seeking expressions of interest for Client Executive roles within our commercial broking teams. These full-time, permanent positions work closely with experienced Senior Brokers and Client Managers, servicing diverse portfolios across a wide range of industries.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Partner with Senior Client Executive or Client Manager to service and maintain a diverse client portfolio.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by negotiating renewals and quotations across various policies.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients, underwriters, and service providers.
* Prepare documentation, renewals, and quotes efficiently and with attention to detail.
* Contribute to a positive team environment while managing responsibilities autonomously.

Your Skills & Experience

* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar broking role, ideally within the mid-market.
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (preferred)
* Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills.
* A client-focused mindset with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Confidence to make decisions independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry, including products, coverage, and regulatory requirements.
