Role Overview

Atomic 212° is looking for an ambitious and technically curious SEO Executive to strengthen execution capacity and elevate operational quality across core SEO workstreams. This is a high-impact, execution-led role where you will support technical hygiene, structured data implementation, and scalable optimisation across a portfolio of leading brands.

You will work closely with SEO Directors, Managers, Content, Paid and Analytics teams to deliver meaningful, measurable search performance improvements. This role goes beyond basic metadata updates. You will gain exposure to AI visibility frameworks, automation initiatives, structured data ecosystems and enterprise-level diagnostics.

Responsibilities

As an SEO Executive at Atomic 212°, you will:

* Execute on-page optimisation including metadata, internal linking and content updates
* Support structured data implementation and QA across client websites
* Conduct technical crawls using Screaming Frog and document actionable insights
* Assist with keyword research, clustering and optimisation rollouts
* Maintain reporting accuracy across Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio and tracking platforms
* Validate ranking movements using tools such as AccuRanker, SEMrush or Ahrefs
* Collaborate with Content and Paid Media teams to align search intent and landing page strategy
* Contribute to documentation, scalable processes and automation initiatives
* Support reporting inputs and, over time, participate in WIPs and client conversations
Qualifications

We are looking for an SEO Executive with:

* 1–3 years' experience in SEO or digital performance
* Strong understanding of on-page, technical and content SEO fundamentals
* Experience using Google Search Console and GA4
* Working knowledge of Screaming Frog and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or AccuRanker
* Competency in keyword research and clustering
* Strong analytical ability with confidence translating data into clear actions
* High attention to detail and disciplined execution
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive mindset and genuine desire to learn
