About the Role
Ramsay Clinic New Farm
is seeking enthusiastic
Assistants in Nursing (AINs)
to join our dedicated perioperative team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients while supporting the clinical team in delivering outstanding outcomes.
You will work closely with the
Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurses, and Shift Leaders
to uphold the highest standards of care and contribute to a positive patient experience, all within a modern, purpose-built environment designed to support your professional growth.
About You
You are a motivated and compassionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical setting. With a strong commitment to patient-centred care, you bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a team-first attitude.
You will have
Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or be currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year Registered Nursing student.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service focus and time management abilities.
Understanding of infection control and workplace safety principles.
Remuneration:
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from
$************* +
superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (RHC QLD Support Services Enterprise Agreement).
