They're looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join their collaborative and growing marketing team and they gear up for a year of growth.This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive and detail-oriented events or marketing professional who enjoys owning the end-to-end delivery of both in-person and virtual events—from intimate boardroom meetings to larger external conferences and webinars. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll play a key role in creating seamless, high-impact event experiences that align with brand and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-person and virtual events, including venue logistics, AV, catering, guest communications, and on-site executionDevelop marketing campaigns to promote events and drive engagementMaintain a comprehensive events calendar and manage event-related communicationsManage event budgets and reporting, ensuring accuracy and valueCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, executives, and external vendors to align messaging and ensure smooth deliveryReport on event outcomes, attendance, and feedback to continuously improve future initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in marketing and event coordination within a corporate or professional services environmentConfident in managing both in-person and online events, including use of webinar platforms and AV setupStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and time managementExperience with event marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and email campaign softwareTertiary qualifications in Marketing, Events or related disciplineThis is an excellent opportunity to join a purpose-led, people-focused business during a time of growth.
