What You'll Do:
* Providing remote and onsite technical support to business clients
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and cloud-related issues
* Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, and cybersecurity systems
* Managing helpdesk tickets and ensuring timely issue resolution
* Assisting with device setup, user onboarding, and system maintenance
* Delivering friendly and skilled customer service
* Collaborating with senior engineers and project teams on IT solutions
