Leadership Role
This position requires a seasoned executive to drive large-scale transformation across the organization, ensuring a stronger and more responsive work health and safety regulator for NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive change program, working closely with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
* Oversight of planning and implementation for the Government's psychosocial funding investment initiative.
* Drive collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, navigating complex negotiations and building partnerships across NSW government and beyond.

* Proven experience in leading program delivery for wide-scale transformation and change.
* Excellent communication skills and understanding of contemporary working practices.
* Able to engage cross-functionally and influence organisational level change.
