About the Role
* Provide on-call, casual technical support services to clients in various locations.
* Handle desktop and network issues, including break-fix and patch installation.
* Install and administer MS Office applications.
* Communicate effectively with clients in business English and local languages as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent computer repair skills.
* Proficiency in Cisco Routers, Meraki firewalls, and other networking equipment.
* Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and hardware installation.
* Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, networks, LAN, WAN, switches, and router configuration.
