You'll manage all aspects of remediation, from root-cause analysis and system/process improvement to communication and payments to impacted employees, ensuring compliance and integrity in payroll operations going forward.

Reporting to the Director, Payroll Remediation Project, you will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team spanning People & Culture, Legal, IT, Finance, and external advisors to deliver a high-profile program of work.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee analysis, calculation, and payment of employee remediation, ensuring compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements.
* Identify process and system root causes of non-compliance and lead remediation initiatives.
* Drive effective stakeholder engagement across multiple business units and senior leaders.
* Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Provide accurate and timely reporting to governance forums and senior executives.
* Support change management, communication, and training activities to embed sustainable payroll practices.

About You

* Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex stakeholder environments.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Experience in risk management, governance, and structured reporting.
* Knowledge of payroll systems, employment legislation, or industrial relations frameworks will be highly regarded.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.

Why Join
