RoleSenior Network Project Manager – Mobile Core ProgramOverviewThis role will work in the Customer's Network Engineering group, which is responsible for the core of the Customer's Existing Network, including 4G/5G packet, data & voice core, messaging services, real-time services, cloud infrastructure.This role is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.
It is a full time senior Project manager role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several of the Customer's projects simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesFocuses on completing a project as efficiently and promptly as possibleManaging several projects concurrentlyLeading project meetings, steering committee meetings and planning sessionsCoordinating staff and internal resourcesManaging project progress and adapt work as requiredManaging relationships with clients and stakeholdersDesigning and signing off on contractsOverseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentationConducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staffOptimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessaryManaging large and diverse teamsQualifications and requirementsFive or more years' experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry, with formal qualifications in a related fieldBackground working in telecommunications core network (preferred)Skills: written and verbal communication, ability to manage high-stress situations, multi-tasking, leadership, attention to detail, and technical understanding of telecommunications networksEEO StatementTech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
