About This Role
Your new role: This is an exciting opportunity to deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services within a collaborative, high-performing hospital environment while contributing to service innovation and patient care excellence.
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical pharmacy services within an interprofessional team
* Manage a complex clinical workload, applying independent judgement in patient assessment and care planning
* Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical education
* Provide supervision, training and support to junior clinicians, students and support staff

We\'re looking for a skilled and motivated pharmacist who brings clinical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
* Proven experience delivering high-level clinical pharmacy services in a complex healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
* Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced clinical environment
* Demonstrated commitment to leadership, mentoring, and continuous service improvement
