We offer clinic-based, community-based, and online therapy acrosssix metro Adelaide sites, all supported by strong multidisciplinary teams.Our clinics are purpose-designed and filled with high-quality resources, including sensory equipment, creative spaces, and shared office areas that foster connection and collaboration. Our team is driven by Care and Compassion, as well as Constant and Never Ending Improvement in all that we do. Flexibility and accommodations are tailored to each team member so everyone can thrive.About the Role This is a full or part time role to cover maternity leave of the current clinical director, with the role continuing in a (shared) part time capacity (*with other leadership positions offered to fill the remaining days upon the current clinical director returning part time) after 12 months.As Clinical Director you will enjoy minimal clinical caseload to focus on nurturing your clinicians to provide high-quality therapy, an enjoyable workplace culture and a truly integrated Admin and clinical team.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with our (clinical) Executive Director, Clinical Leads of Speech and OT, and external Leadership membersParticipate in leadership meetings, contribute to clinical service methods and operational processes and collaborate on innovative resources and service offeringsManage and Mentor the Clinical Leads and Clinical Seniors to clinical excellence, plan and deliver Professional development events and manage performance reviews.Support to the broader Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy teamsManage staff recruitment and induction, ongoing staff management, coordinate audit delivery and corporate decisions to grow into expanding marketsProvide regular supervision to allocated experienced supervisees (where appropriate)Competitivepart-time or full-time packages, with incentivesChoose your hours and days— flexible arrangements to suit your lifestyleAdditional leave options Reduced clinical caseload for improved work–life balanceFlexibility to work onsite and (some) from homeAnnual salary reviewPersonal PD budget + four whole-team PD days per year + four leadership trainings per yearWarm, positive, and social team cultureWell-established systems to support quality and efficiencyConvenient metro Adelaide locations (Unley, Walkerville, Morphett Vale, Golden Grove, West Lakes, Glenelg) but primary at Unley with the leadership teamRelocation bonusavailable for interstate, experienced leadersAbout You Candidates must hold either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant allied health discipline (eg OT, Speech or Physio, others considered also).You'll be a great fit if you:Have3+ years of leadership experience in paediatric therapyHave a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Allied Health Clinician (eg Speechie, OT, Physio)Hold clinical relevant membership (e.g. SPA, OTA, PBA)Have a current DCSI Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker ScreeningApproachable and able to build rapport easily with clients, families, and colleaguesHave a solution-focused, strengths-based (and creative) mindsetCan work independently and collaborativelyAre passionate about guiding good clinicians intogreatonesWant to make a tangible difference in the lives of children, young adults, and familiesFlexible and CAN DO (solution focused) attitudeLearn more atKid Sense Careers.
