The Finance Manager position is a newly established leadership role within the construction division of a Fortune 200 organisation.
This strategic leadership position plays a pivotal part in their new shared services finance structure and offers flexibility to work from home two days a week.
Main Responsibilities
 * Lead a team of accounting professionals in system accounting, compliance, and controls, as well as finance projects.
 * Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including IT, sales, and finance leaders.
 * Ensure ongoing compliance with financial laws and guidelines across the organisation.
 * Design and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
 * Oversee statutory compliance obligations and coordinate internal and external audits for the APAC Construction divisions.
 * Manage internal projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Prerequisites
The ideal candidate is a CA/CPA-qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience in a multinational organisation, preferably in manufacturing or construction, is required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Pronto accounting software is advantageous.
Proven leadership skills are essential, along with a results-driven mindset, attention to detail, and strong decision-making skills.
