About you

* Create a premium experience and connect with customers to discover their own story; showcasing extensive product knowledge
* Proven ability to deliver results in a driven and/or highly measured environment with an understanding of KPIs and budgets, and a willingness to coach and develop team members in this area
* Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
* A customer-centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a highly dynamic environment
* Demonstrate a proactive approach in building clientele and brand awareness, capturing every opportunity to create new business for the store
* Complement our premium brand through impeccable personal, store and team presentation
