What’s the role? As a Senior Associate in the Group Transaction Banking Service Client team, you will be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they get top-notch service and support, handling everything from resolving queries to collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. You'll act as the primary contact for escalations and complex matters, ensuring timely and competent responses. You will also contribute to process improvements and be agile to support clients outside your portfolio when needed to support your colleagues. You can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane! What do I need? Service delivery experience: to delight clients in your assigned client portfolio, with oversight of all service items and enquiries to ensure they are being resolved on behalf of clients, by GTS, WIB or various other operational teams. Client liaison expertise: you'll be the client’s primary point of contact for customer concerns or sophisticated matters as well as support in relation to established products. Timely response management skills: respond to all client enquiries within defined service standards, resolving matters competently, ethically, and commercially to meet client needs. Proven stakeholder collaboration: work closely with key internal team members such as Client Development Managers and Relationship Managers, to develop a deep understanding of clients and adopt a broad approach to servicing. Cross-client support: provide support for clients outside your portfolio as needed (e.g. during leave coverage) to ensure all customer needs are met efficiently. Why join the GTS team?
