Your new role
* High level of data entry
* Raise and receipt purchase requisitions
* Inform clients of the expected delivery date.
* Order creation including open and close of orders
* Preparing invoices, logistic documents, and quotes
* General admin duties and additional duties as delegated
* Quote creation for internal and external stakeholders as needed
* Liaising with production, sales, logistics, warehouse, to ensure all delivery dates are met.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
* Highly regarded 2 years experience within the mining sector
* Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including SAP and MS Suites
* 2+ years' experience in administration with the ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement.
* Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities
* High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to foster strong working relationships
