About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Store Manager to run a busy sushi and Asian takeaway shop in Hobart.
Candidates must have Australian work rights.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a small team, taking responsibility for daily operations, and leading by example on the floor.
You will manage a team of 4–6 staff, ensure smooth daily operations, maintain food quality, and provide excellent customer service.
This is a hands-on role, and the manager is expected to work alongside the team during busy service periods.
Salary package $65K – $90K depending on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of the store
• Lead and support a small team during busy service periods
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards

• Manage stock ordering and inventory
