This will be an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about asset management and is eager to contribute to the planning and development of future capital works within the WA State Government sector.
Essential experience required will be:
- Demonstrated experience in implementing or managing asset management IT systems, including maintenance management, mobility, and the collection, analysis, and reporting of asset information.
- Good working knowledge and skills in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and CAD products such as Smallworld GIS, ArcGIS, MicroStation, or similar.
- Knowledge of using an Enterprise Asset Management System or similar, including Assetic Cloud, Predictor Platforms, and AutoCAD.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide on-the-job training of asset management systems to various stakeholders.
- Great administrative, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
Desirable experience (to set you apart):
- Knowledge of asset classes commonly found in Local Government and Utilities companies.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Manage and enhance the EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System), including ongoing development and user support.
- Maintain and enhance asset information, CAD drawings, record drawings, and data utilizing platforms such as Assetic Cloud and Predictor.
- Oversee Assetic Cloud maintenance works management functions when applicable.
- Support the efficient operation and integration of third-party provider systems and information, including FUSS contract requirements.
- Conduct asset-related analytical analysis and reporting, providing analytics to support the development of asset class plans and business cases.
- Integrate spatial and non-spatial datasets to extract value.
- Assist in providing asset information to support the development of Directorate operating and capital budgets.
