Healthcare Administrator Job Description



We are seeking a skilled and experienced receptionist/admin staff member to join our team on a part-time, flexible hours basis.




Job Summary:


* To provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in a multidisciplinary allied health practice.




Key Responsibilities:




Preliminary inquiries via phone or email; scheduling appointments with patients and healthcare providers;Scheduling duties will be shared equally between the existing staff person & this new hire; Processing payments & bills as well as maintaining accurate records of patient communications.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, a willingness to learn about software applications for efficiency purposes. ,and confidence working independently or collaboratively within our tight-knit team environment.
