About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will:
* Factory-based role with occasional onsite joinery installation.
* Produce custom kitchens and joinery in the factory.
* Work with melamine boards and MDF.
* Assemble cabinets, curved work, and detailed joinery.
* Operate CNC machines, edgebanders, and other workshop machinery.
* Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and specifications.
* Assist with workflow, job scheduling, and quality checks.
* Support apprentices and other factory staff.
* Assist with onsite joinery installation when required.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Cabinet Maker or highly experienced senior apprentice.
* Proven experience in high-end residential or architectural joinery.
* Strong knowledge of joinery construction, materials, and finishes.
* Skilled in using CNC, edgebander, and workshop machinery.
* Ability to lead on the tools while maintaining production standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Good communication skills to liaise with staff, project managers, and installers.
* Organised, reliable, and team-focused.
* White Card and current driver’s licence.
* Ability to measure jobs accurately.
* Apprentices welcome – training provided.
