About the roleAs Senior Manager IT Service Continuity and reporting to Head of Technology Risk you will deliver effective IT service continuity services and provide support and leadership to the function and team, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place around service continuity management and service recovery testing.You'll get toWork with a range of internal and external stakeholders in the development of service continuity controls and perform IT Service Continuity testingDrive the continuous improvement of the IT Service Continuity program and framework supporting business strategyProvide leadership by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, supporting the development of technology teams and leading by exampleAt times you will be required to work ad-hoc out of hours.This is a permanent full-time position.
We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of minimum three days per week based out of our Melbourne, Adelaide or Bendigo corporate office.What you'll bring to the roleWhat you'll bring to the roleEssential - Demonstrated experience in a senior-level or progressively responsible IT service recovery role or related business continuity or technology role.Practical understanding of risk, and practical knowledge of IT service recoveryRelevant tertiary or professional qualifications preferred, supported by practical work experience in this or a similar fieldDesirable to possess industry certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation V3 etc.) or willingness to attainPractical experience in continual improvement methods and techniquesStrong relationship building skills to work with multiple stakeholders with the ability to advise, influence and negotiateExcellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to work across complexity and meet critical timeframesStrong problem-solving and resolution focused capabilities with a continuous improvement mindsetSo, why work with us?
