* Leading with safety as the highest priority, fulfilling legislated Harbour Master duties, ensuring compliance with all marine, safety and environment legislation, regulations and industry best practice.
* Leading and managing marine operations including pilotage, towage, vessel scheduling, port security, emergency response and marine asset readiness.
* Inspiring and leading teams, promoting an inclusive, safety-first culture that values collaboration and continuous safety improvement.
* Driving strategic planning for marine infrastructure, capital works, fleet renewal, and technology upgrades.
