Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tingalpa, QLD for a Fleet Controller/Allocator. Qualifications
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills to evaluate operational needs and optimize fleet utilization.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Operations Management for effective logistics and resource allocation.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, drivers, and team members.
* Basic understanding of finance for managing costs and supporting budgetary requirements.
* Proficiency in fleet management systems and industry-specific software is an advantage.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the construction or heavy machinery industry is a plus.
