1. Respond to emergency incidents as a member of a team, promoting community safety and emergency preparedness.
2. Develop and maintain competencies by actively participating in regular drills and other relevant training courses.
3. Maintain required attendance standards for emergency incidents and training.
4. Operate specialist firefighting and rescue equipment safely and effectively.

Competency Requirements

* Employer's written consent to attend incidents and emergencies.
* Australian Permanent Resident Status.
* Manual C Class driver's licence.

As a Fire and Emergency Response Specialist, you will work collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality services. You will promote community safety and emergency preparedness through community education activities, develop and maintain competencies by actively participating in regular drills and other relevant training courses, and operate specialist firefighting and rescue equipment safely and effectively.
