We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join a 24/7 support program in Dandenong. In this role, you will provide consistent, person‐centred support to an individual with complex psychosocial support needs, helping them maintain structure, build daily routines, and stay connected to their community.
You will be part of a dedicated team delivering calm, respectful and reliable support that promotes safety, independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide consistent, person‐centred support within a 24/7 care environment
* Assist with daily living activities and routine development
* Support community access and engagement
* Provide emotional regulation and behavioural support in line with support plans
* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in presentation
* Work collaboratively with the broader care and support team
About You
* A valid P2 or Open driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
* Experience supporting participants with mental health or psychosocial support needs
* Confidence supporting behaviours of concern in a calm and professional manner
* Strong understanding of person‐centred support practices
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* A consistent, reliable and grounded approach to support work
