We're looking for a skilled Site Superintendent to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across complex maintenance and operational activities. In this pivotal role, you'll champion safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the planning and execution phases, while driving continuous improvement in maintenance management.
You'll bring a strong sense of operational discipline, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members alike.
About you
* Eligible to work in Australia
* Construction White Card
* Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
* Valid tickets: Working at Heights and Confined Space
* Section 26 Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
* High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) – advantageous
* Frontline Management & Cert IV in WHS – desirable
* Strong knowledge of WHS regulations, incident investigation & safe work procedures
* Proven leadership in mining, resources, or heavy industry
* Skilled in maintenance planning, execution & team motivation
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management
* Proficient in SAP & reporting tools
* Safety, compliance & risk management expertise
