About the role Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an experienced Service Advisor to manage the full service process from customer bookings through to invoicing and delivery. Duties Manage the full customer service process from booking through to vehicle handover Handle customer enquiries, service bookings, and job card preparation Coordinate retail and warranty repairs while liaising with workshop technicians Process invoicing, payments, service updates, and upsell additional repair work Skills and experience Previous automotive Service Advisor experience in a fast-paced workshop environment Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills Mechanical understanding with knowledge of warranty processes and DMS systems preferred Proactive, reliable work ethic with the ability to multitask and manage workflow efficiently Benefits Competitive salary package with commissions (OTE approx. $80K) Supportive management team with career progression opportunities Ongoing training and development within a growing dealership group Stable full-time role in a busy and established automotive workshop How to Apply If you are interested in joining a successful business for this fantastic full-time position, please send us your resume today.
