About the role
This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong business development focus, where you'll take ownership of a growing Early Childhood desk.
You'll be responsible for:
* Building and managing a portfolio of Early Childhood centres across Brisbane
* Driving business development activity, calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
* Managing end-to-end recruitment across temporary and permanent roles
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality educators
* Partnering closely with centre directors to deliver reliable, values-aligned staffing solutions
* Identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and expand your client base
* Working collaboratively with a high-performing, people-first team
